Dear team of our institute!

Dear professors and dear students!

I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

Blessed be the holiday, which embodies the essence of preserving and widely propagating our ancient traditions and values, such as charity, kindness, humanity, supporting the noble intentions and aspirations of our people!

We all know that coronavirus disease is on the rise all over the world today. In these trying days, our people are united in one body and one soul, and they are patiently and unitedly fighting this disease that has befallen the peoples of the world.

I would like to thank the people’s heroes – doctors and medical workers, who continue to work day and night, risking their health and treating patients. Thank you so much to everyone who can’t go home today and have to stay at work.

Today, despite the pandemic and economic stagnation, reforms aimed at the comprehensive development of our country, the well-being of our people, the happiness of our dear children are continuing. In order to take a worthy part in this process, our teachers also pay special attention to the selfless and patriotic upbringing of young people with their personal life, example in social activities. As a result of the created conditions and attention, our students are gaining a place in the life of society through their initiatives and aspirations.

The achievements are ours, we face a difficult situation, such as operating and studying in unusual conditions. In the new academic year, great attention is paid to the organization of the educational process, based on the problematic situations encountered in the current situation. The prayers we are praying for today and the work we are doing together are an important factor in getting us out of this difficult situation.

Once again, on my own behalf, I congratulate all of you on Eid al-Adha!

I wish your families and communities happiness, peace and tranquility! May the high qualities of humanity and devotion not leave us all! May all good intentions come true!

May our noble deeds for the well-being of our people and the peace of our Motherland be successful.

May peace, tranquility and prosperity never leave our dear Motherland, our homes!
